We adhere to a strict "Right to be Forgotten" policy. If a school or district terminates their service, we initiate a hard-deletion process. All associated Student Data, account records, and files are permanently purged from our active databases and backup cycles within 90 days, ensuring your data is not retained longer than necessary.

13. Where is our data physically stored?

All data is stored in secure, SOC 2 compliant data centers located within the United States. We utilize DigitalOcean's encrypted cloud infrastructure, which maintains 24/7 physical security and redundant environmental controls to ensure your information is always safe and available.
